Navigating the App

A quick tour of the main screens in Keeping Score!

Game List

The home screen shows all your games. Use the toolbar to:

• Filter — Switch between All, Playing, and Finished games
• Search — Find games by title or player name
• Sort — Order by date, title, or status
• Bulk actions — Select multiple games for deletion

Tap the + button to create a new game. Swipe left on a game to delete it. Long-press to pin a game.

Game Detail

Tap any game to open it. The detail view has two modes:

• Gameplay — Score players with +/− buttons or tap a row for the calculator. This is where the action happens.
• Leaderboard — Rankings with scores, rank badges, and (for round-based games) a round grid showing scores per round.

The game menu (top right) gives you access to:

• Edit game settings
• Edit players (rename, reorder, shuffle, delete)
• Finish or reopen the game
• Share results
• Export data

Game Form

The form for creating and editing games. Configure:

• Game title
• Players/teams (type names or pick personas)
• Scoring mode and direction
• Starting score and increment
• Scoring unit
• Rounds and end conditions
• Categories
• Kids Mode

Persona Library

Access from the game list menu. Manage your saved player profiles:

• Create and edit personas with emoji avatars and colors
• Organize into groups
• View game statistics per persona
• Delete unused personas

Game Nights

Also accessible from the game list. Create a session, set participants from your personas, and add games throughout the evening. Learn more.
