The Scenario
Section titled “The Scenario”It’s a birthday party with six kids playing party games. You need something simple — no complicated scores, just tracking who wins each game. The TV in the living room can show the leaderboard.
Step 1: Create a Kids Game
Section titled “Step 1: Create a Kids Game”- Tap + to create a new game
- Toggle Kids Game on
- Add the kids’ names (or use personas if you’ve saved them)
- The app automatically sets Win/Draw/Lose mode with a simplified interface
Step 2: Set Up the TV
Section titled “Step 2: Set Up the TV”Connect to the TV via AirPlay so everyone can see the scores:
- Connect your iPhone to the Apple TV or AirPlay display
- The TV shows a large, easy-to-read leaderboard
- Kids can see their scores from anywhere in the room
Step 3: Score Each Game
Section titled “Step 3: Score Each Game”After each party game (musical chairs, relay race, etc.):
- Tap Win next to the winner
- Tap Draw for ties
- Tap Loss for everyone else
The buttons are extra large and colorful in Kids Mode — designed for small fingers and quick tapping.
Step 4: Celebrate
Section titled “Step 4: Celebrate”When you finish the game:
- Confetti fills the screen to celebrate the winner
- The final leaderboard shows everyone’s results
- Share a results card with the parents
Why Parents Love It
Section titled “Why Parents Love It”- No numbers to explain — kids understand Win, Draw, and Lose
- Fast — tap one button per kid per round, done
- Visual — bright colors and large text that kids can follow on the TV
- Fun — confetti celebrations keep the energy up
- Create a Game Night to track wins across all the party games and crown an overall champion
- Use personas with emoji avatars — kids love picking their own emoji
- Kids Mode hides advanced features (categories, scoring units, etc.) so the interface stays clean
